• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — matching the name registered on your mag888 account.
• E-wallet withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours effective upon approval of the application.
• Local bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 working days.
• Mag888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before approving the first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified threshold.

Mag888 reserves the right to withhold or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, a breach of terms, or if the account is under investigation. Members will be informed of any hold and the reasons for it within a reasonable timeframe.

Mag888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as stated in the terms of each respective promotion.

Either you or mag888 may terminate the account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Closure by Member: You may close your mag888 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be completed, or any unqualified bonuses will be forfeited. Any real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Closure by mag888: mag888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to manipulate the mag888 system.
• Legal requirements or directives from relevant authorities.

In the event of account closure due to confirmed fraud, mag888 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in that account as damages. mag888's decision in such matters is final and non-appealable.

While mag888 strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, there are situations beyond our control that may cause service disruptions. mag888 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of:

• Technical issues, system maintenance, or unforeseen hardware or software failures.
• Internet or telecommunications disruption on the member's end.
• Third-party actions including cyberattacks, external fraud, or payment provider failures.
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of services in certain regions.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, epidemics, or national emergencies.

Mag888's total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that member's account at the time of the incident. mag888 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages under any circumstances.

Mag888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the mag888 platform. We will endeavour to notify members of material changes via platform notifications or registered email.

Your continued use of the mag888 platform after any amendments to the Terms and Conditions take effect constitutes your full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account in accordance with the procedure outlined in Section 9.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where mag888 is registered. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the mag888 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.
